- The Campus Store uses the US Postal Service and In-Store Pickup for shipping options. Tracking numbers will be provided for all customers once items ship. The Campus Store is not responsible for late or lost packages once they are sent through US Postal or UPS.
- Iitems are generally shipped within 3-5 Business Days and arrive 3-6 days once shipped.
- Shipping rates are determined by order weight.
- Customers can pick items up directly from the Campus Store and not be charged shipping. Customers need to select a pickup store location and communicate with Store Staff for date/time.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- "Sale" item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are only accepted for products in their original condition. Washed or worn products will cannot be returned.
- Original/pricing tags are required to complete a return.
- As we are a small Store, not all products or sizes may be available for exchange or repurchase. Inventory is fluid and items are not always restocked.
- All Returns or Exchanges are at the customer's expense.
- The Campus Store is not responsible for returns that are not received due to customer or shipper error.
- Customers are encouraged to consider purchasing insurance and receipt signatures for return/exchange item shipments.
